Vitamin salad with carrots and pumpkin seed.

Extremely healthy salad. Adding the fact that in combination with boiled eggs your hunger disappears for at least a few hours. Recommended for Candida diet and Low carb diets

Ingredients:

  1. 1-2 carrots
  2. A handful of pumpkin seed
  3. Chopped dill
  4. 1-2 boiled eggs
  5. Lemon juice, olive oil and salt

Preparation:

Scrape the carrots, stir with pumpkin seed and dill. Pour some fresh lemon juice and olive oil and a pinch of salt. Decorate with sliced boiled eggs.
